Issuing Optics?
Who in the U.S. military gets an optical sight (such as a red dot sight or a scope) for use on their weapon? Do ordinary grunts get them for the M16 or M4, or just certain troops?

Everyone in my unit has either an ACOG or CCO. I saw some deployed with just iron sights. It all depends on your S4.
