Chukka, the original cross and brass plaque were lost but the new cross at Long Tan is an exact copy. Unfortunately the brass plaque was being used as a cooking plate when it was recovered years later and the plaque now resides in the Ba Ria Museum. It is my understanding that the local ANZAC group petitioned for the plaques release but were denied.
