For the Live ACG Generals Game, there is a "How To Play" link when you launch the game.

But basically, once you see your card, you need to choose your best statistic (usually the highest), then see if this card "Trumps" or beats the computers card, using that very same statistic. Whoever has the best or highest value wins that card, they then get to choose the next statistic for the next round.

If a card ‘ties’ or no data is available for that particular statistic then the cards are placed to one side and the player chooses again from their next card. The winner of the hand also takes the cards that were placed to one side.
