World War I
Between the World Wars
World War II
Cold War Early (1946-1965)
Cold War Late (1966-1991)
Modern
First World War: Zeppelins
Between the World Wars: Vickers Wellesley
World War II: The Hughes Spruce Goose
Cold War in General (couldn't think of two): The Bear
Modern: The B-52, which I know technically counts as an early-Cold War bomber, but it is still in service today, over 50 YEARS since it first flew.

Cold War Early (1946-1965) - Convair B-58 Hustler, honourary mention - English Electric Canberra.
Cold War Late (1966-1991) - B-1 Lancer, honourary mention - Tu-22M
Modern - B-2, honourary mention - F-111
The H-4 Hercules or "Spruce Goose" never saw combat nor dropped a single bomb. It was produced in 1947. Two years after the end of WW2. Just FYI.
True, and it was designed as a transport plane. That being said, production and design began during the Second World War and it was designed with the war in mind. I just had to include it. No requirement that the planes actually had to see combat.
