When I was on active duty Marc, a favorite underway past time while standing watches in CIC (Combat Information Center) was to see who cut one so stinky that people were forced to leave Combat, I have seen that happen a few times; those salty old Warrant Officers are some evil bastards!!!

They have probably lost the ability to smell it as a result of constant over-exposure.
