If you are saying Luffwaffe was better and more skilled than the RAF during the first years of ww2....
I remember that the germans were actually fighting in the Spanish war in 1936,the Luffwaffe and polits was geting so much training and skills during this war.
The british decided to keep out of this war,the RAF was never in this spanish battle,as you can see,the germans and Luffwaffe did have an advantage over the RAF in the first half of ww2.
The over all result is that german pilots were still in the fighting mode while the brits had to get motivated.
