I thought we gave money to Russia to upgrade security for it nukes and did some loan gurantees also. Granted it might of all went into someone personal account.


Stalin I think you fail to realize that the US did not think of Russia as a potential threat until 2003 or 2004 when Russia started to rattle its sabres again. Actually for actions that took place in Chenya there was support for Russia although a lot people thought you used a bit to much force.
