Atomic Blonde

For all those interested in the last years of the Cold war Atomic Blonde may be for you...although the film depicts East Germans as lifeless robots I find that scenery and atmosphere of the movie felt like we were in the 1980s. Some of the action scenes may have been over the top but I will say the African actress Theron is cool and sexy in Atomic Blonde..

We've been calling this one "SALT II".

R. Evans 12 Aug 17 00:16

As with "Salt I", I have absolutely zero interest in Atomic Blonde.

Stop pushing 110lb women as the ultimate killing machines on me.

No interest whatsoever. Hugely hypocritical of those anti-2nd AD movie stars who then go on to depict characters in violent films while brandishing firearms. Besides, we all know that the only draw to this film is a Theron's lesbian scene (no doubt to increase her political street cred).

And some people paid money to watch this...

great point on 2 AD
Hollywood pushes guns to no end....it's the ''main'' theme/ending of a lot of movies
..a lot of the movie posters have the heroes with guns ready for action..

negative -as I state that they are hypocritical
..in these movies, the hero is absolutely ''justified'' in shooting the evil bad guys..but this is just the movies
...do I want criminals shot dead? by all means..blast away
