    I get a “page not found” when I attempt to go to the Winning Solutions for the September 2007: Scud Busting in Iraq, 1991.

    I need the Stalingrad solution too- I was out of the country when the solution came out and spent three months working out my solution for it. I’m really really curious to see how I fared. Thanks! btw, what issue was the solution printed in?

    Colonel Quantrill should by-pass fort Blair and attack general Blunt with his total force. He should dress his men in slain union troop uniforms and have those men ride to the fort and attack from inside while his other men attack from the other side.
