		<description>It is worth noting that many regard the key event in that engagement being the NZ troops &quot;walking off the hill&quot; that night when they could/should have been reinforced. Had the Kiwis stayed and reinforced,  the other two company attacks would have been for naught. Such a successful defense might not have saved the island, but it certainly would have made the subsequent evacuation a more orderly and efficient operation.</description>

		<description>The wounded count is astonishing, such an elite force wasted on a tough objective. I can&#039;t imagine the horror of being in a glider that was going down while you have heavy gear on.</description>
