This year’s War and Peace show held at the Hop Farm Country Park in Beltring, Kent was billed as the world’s largest military vehicles and collectors fair. It featured some 3,500 vehicles along with 1,000 stalls, many hundreds of living history re-enactors, a massive events arena and many more attractions for young and old.

I attended this year’s show and I can truly say that the sights there had to be seen to be believed. With military vehicles stretching across three large fields as far as the eye could see, there was something of interest for everyone, and far more than a report such as this can ever do justice.

And, I’m pleased to report, that Armchair General had it’s own stall which I manned for the afternoon of my visit to the show.
