Armchair General makes the headlines again!

By A J Summersgill Front Page Features|Reenacting |  Published: April 30, 2006 at 3:23 pm

Working for Armchair General as their Staff Photographer brings many challenges to Seimon Pugh-Jones, not least of which is attempting to recreate Napoleon’s retreat from Moscow 1,500 miles from where it really happened, in the relatively peaceful climes of Northern Wales.

Exacting attention to detail, period uniforms and fake snow are just some of the challenges – telling a good story to the local Reporter from the North Wales News is another. Fortunately for Seimon, he manages to pull the whole thing off with aplomb, and another shoot is in the can.
