Armchair General – great as usualDoug Venable | January 28, 2008 | 0 comments | Print | E-mail Dear Editor, I just wanted to thank you for another outstanding issue of Armchair General. The only thing bad about your magazine is that I read it too fast! In particular your latest coverage of the great General Slim enlightened me to this largely unheralded leader and your latest article on the defense and fall of Singapore in WW2 showed one how to make every mistake in the book. Most of all thank you for your continuing support of our troops! My son is a Marine and it really hits home when support seems lacking from all quarters, but you guys come right out and support our men and women serving our country. Keep up the great work! Regards, Doug Venable
